Terms of service

Bojhai arranges truck transport between a customer and a transport partner. The price shown at booking is the price charged for the agreed route, date, weight and truck count. Extra services (loading labour, tolls, port charges, waiting beyond two hours) are charged only when agreed in advance.

A booking is confirmed when the partner accepts it. Customers may cancel free of charge until the goods are loaded. Partners may decline a request before accepting it; Bojhai then arranges an alternative or refunds any advance.

Goods must be legal, properly packed and declared accurately. Hazardous goods are not carried. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms agreed with the transport partner and the applicable law of Bangladesh.

Tracking data comes from the partner’s GPS devices and is provided for information; arrival estimates are not guarantees.

Payment is due as selected at booking: at pickup, by bank transfer, or by monthly invoice for approved accounts.
