When the partner accepts the request, usually within a few hours. You are told by SMS and in the app when a truck and driver are assigned.
What if I cancel?
Cancel free of charge any time before the goods are loaded. After loading, contact support.
How do I pay?
Cash or bKash at pickup, bank transfer, or a monthly invoice for approved business accounts.
How accurate is tracking?
Positions come from the truck's GPS device, normally every two minutes. The arrival estimate is calculated from actual speed.
Can the receiver watch too?
Yes. Every booking has a share link that shows the truck's position without your price or details.
